Here's how to measure properly so your data is actually meaningful:</p>
<p dir="auto">LENGTH:</p>
<p dir="auto">Bone-pressed erect length (BPEL) is the standard. Press the ruler against the pubic bone, measure to the tip. Always press to bone — fat pad variation causes huge inconsistency. Same time of day, same arousal level, same ruler position.</p>
<p dir="auto">GIRTH:</p>
<p dir="auto">Midshaft at the same point every time. Use a fabric measuring tape, not a ruler. Measure at the same erection level. Slight pressure variations change the reading significantly.</p>
<p dir="auto">CONSISTENCY:</p>
<p dir="auto">Measure at the same time each session. Many guys measure immediately post-session when still engorged — that's not your true measurement. Wait at least an hour after any PE.</p>
<p dir="auto">Track 5-10 measurements over a week and average them for a reliable baseline. Then repeat the same process at 3 month intervals. This is the only way to know if something real is happening.</p>
