<p dir="auto">ERECTION LEVEL: 50-70% is the sweet spot. Too flaccid and you're just pushing skin. Too erect and you risk damaging internal structures. This is the single most important variable.</p>
<p dir="auto">GRIP: OK grip (thumb and index finger circle) at the base. Firm but not crushing. You're creating pressure, not a tourniquet.</p>
<p dir="auto">SPEED: 2-3 seconds per stroke. Slow and deliberate. Fast jelqing is a waste of time.</p>
<p dir="auto">STOP POINT: Stop before the glans. Do not jelq over the glans — this causes the donut effect and puts pressure on the glans that can cause issues.</p>
<p dir="auto">WARM UP: Hot shower or warm wrap for 5-10 minutes first. Non-negotiable for safety and effectiveness.</p>
<p dir="auto">SETS/REPS: Beginners — 100-200 strokes to start. Work up gradually. More is not better.</p>
