I've struggled with how I feel about my body for years — not dysphoria exactly, just a persistent dissatisfaction with this specific aspect of myself. Has anyone found that enhancement genuinely helped with the emotional and psychological side, not just the physical?

I'd carried this specific insecurity for over a decade. Addressing it didn't solve everything but it removed one weight I didn't have to carry anymore. That's worth a lot.

The psychological shift was real and significant. There's something about addressing a source of chronic self-consciousness that releases mental energy you didn't realize you were spending. I feel more present, more comfortable, more like myself.
