I am sharring my experience with enlarging the glans (head of the penis). It is dificult making it larger, typically about a .25 to max .5 inch girth gain on each of my procedures. But, with the large shaft girth gains, you shoudl always increase the glans each time just to try and keep some symetrical apperance. It is not painfull at all, just a limited expansion when doing fillers compared to the shaft girth gains.
