Community Guidelines & Rules — Please Read Before Posting

This is a safe, respectful space for men on their enhancement journey. To keep it that way, every member is expected to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, post removal, or permanent ban.

1. Respect Every Member — No Exceptions

This community is built on mutual respect. Every man here is on a personal journey that took courage to begin. Bullying, mocking, belittling, or shaming any member — for any reason — will not be tolerated.

No personal attacks or insults toward other members
No body shaming of any kind
No condescending or dismissive responses to questions
Disagree respectfully or don't respond at all

We lift each other up here. Period.

2. No Bashing of Doctors, Clinics, or Medical Professionals

Members may share their personal experiences — both positive and areas for improvement — but targeted attacks, defamatory statements, or malicious reviews of any physician, clinic, or medical staff are strictly prohibited.

Share your experience factually and respectfully
No naming doctors or clinics in a negative or threatening context
No encouraging others to leave negative reviews elsewhere
Disputes with a provider should be handled through proper channels

Constructive, factual feedback helps the community. Attacks help no one.

3. Age Requirement — 18 Years or Older Only

This forum contains mature medical content intended exclusively for adults. By participating in this community you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Any member found to be under 18 will be immediately and permanently removed
Do not share this forum with minors under any circumstances
If you suspect a member is underage please report them immediately to a moderator

4. Medical Images & Nudity Policy

This forum permits certain medical images strictly for the purpose of documenting and reviewing enhancement procedures and results. These images exist to help members make informed decisions and track progress — nothing more.

Medical images are restricted to designated review threads only
Images must be relevant to procedure documentation or recovery progress
Explicit, sexual, or non-medical images are strictly prohibited
Do not share images of other people without their explicit consent
Images of minors are absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate permanent ban and reporting to authorities
Respect the vulnerability of members who share their progress photos — positive and constructive responses only

These images are here to inform and support — treat them with the medical seriousness they deserve.

5. No Spam, Solicitation, or Self-Promotion

This is a peer support and research community, not a marketplace.

No unsolicited advertising or product promotion
No posting referral links or affiliate offers
No recruiting members to other platforms or groups
Clinic and provider recommendations should be shared naturally within conversation, not as promotions

6. Protect Your Privacy and Others'

Never share another member's personal information
Use a username that does not reveal your real identity if you prefer anonymity
Do not pressure members to share more than they are comfortable with
What is shared in this community stays in this community
