Big changes since starting

I’ve been doing this for around three months and I’m already seeing some solid changes in how things look and feel.

I got mine about a month ago. The difference is insane but I'm still getting used to the new me. My wife doesn’t know yet. Waiting for it to settle before telling anyone.
