How does girth enhancement actually look visually — naked and clothed?
-
I'll be upfront — my reasons for wanting this are more visual and emotional than purely functional. I want to feel good about how I look. Both naked in front of a partner and just in my own skin day to day. Can anyone speak to the actual visual difference? How does it look in jeans, in swimwear, unclothed? This matters a lot to me and I don't see it discussed enough.

The visual difference clothed is real and I think underappreciated in most discussions. There's a noticeable change in how clothes fit and hang — jeans especially. Swimwear too. It's subtle enough to look natural but present enough that you know it's there. For me that daily visual confidence was the whole point.

Unclothed the result looks completely natural — not augmented, not artificial. A good physician produces a result that looks like you were simply built that way. The proportionality is key. When it's done right it just looks right.

I went in specifically for visual reasons and came out completely satisfied. The clothed look was my primary motivation — I wanted to feel confident in gym shorts, in a swimsuit, in fitted pants. All of those improved. The unclothed result was a bonus that exceeded what I expected.

Something nobody talks about: the flaccid visual improvement is honestly the bigger daily confidence boost for most of us. It's what you see in the mirror every morning. That everyday visual change is significant and shouldn't be underestimated.
