Does girth actually make a difference for women? Being real here

I'll just ask the question most women are thinking. Does girth actually make a meaningful physical difference for a woman? I want to give my partner honest feedback before he spends the money and goes through the procedure. What have women actually experienced?

Yes — genuinely yes. I was prepared to say it didn't matter and be supportive anyway but I'd be lying if I said there was no difference. There was. That said the confidence he brought afterward mattered just as much. Both things are true.

For me the physical difference was real and noticeable. But I want to second what others say about the confidence piece — a man who feels good about himself is a completely different experience regardless of anything else. The procedure gave him both.

Honestly yes. I feel a little vulnerable saying this on a forum but you asked for honesty. The physical result mattered. And watching my husband be more confident and happy with himself has been genuinely wonderful. No regrets from my side.
