PE exercises target two different anatomical structures and understanding which you're targeting changes your approach:
SUSPENSORY LIGAMENT STRETCHING:
BTC (behind the cheeks) and downward stretches
Releases hidden internal length
Faster perceived gains but affects erection angle
More stretch sensation at the base
TUNICA ALBUGINEA STRETCHING:
Straight out, upward, and angled stretches
Targets the fibrous sheath surrounding erectile tissue
Slower potential gains but no erection angle concern
More stretch sensation along the shaft
Most experienced PE practitioners do both but periodize them — spending phases focused on one then the other. The tunica is a tough fibrous structure that adapts very slowly. The ligament is more responsive but has the erection angle trade-off.
